Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant works closely with builder personnel, salespersons and field techs to ensure our customer’s needs for service and repairs are met in a timely manner and the customer’s deadlines are met. Service requests are received by phone and email from customers. This position is responsible for receiving service request and entering service orders for processing. The associate then works with purchasing and scheduling to make sure materials needed are ordered and service is scheduled as needed. Assistant would be assigned specific builders/customers they are responsible for, but would also work with the rest of the customer service team in making sure all needs are met and assist/receive assistance from the other members of the customer service team to make sure all customer service needs are met with urgency.

This candidate needs to have a positive attitude and be a “people person”. They must be able to communicate effectively verbally via telephone and with email and work well with a variety of personalities. This candidate must be self-disciplined, have strong organizational skills, and a pleasant demeanor. This is an inside position which requires ability to accurately complete orders with speed and attention to detail. Training will be provided. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Duties include:
Address customer concerns and issues, escalating them as necessary for job completion and customer satisfaction
Respond with a sense of urgency to all builder or homeowner requests for warranty/repair work
Enter all job orders quickly, completely and accurately with consistent formatting to meet internal procedures and builder needs
Coordinate and schedule installation follow-up visits as necessary for repairs, corrections and warranty issues

Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work in high-volume production environment
Work well with others
Proper phone and email etiquette
Excellent communication skills
