Job Summary:
Nextaff of Lake County is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a strong background in administrative support, QuickBooks, billing, and proficiency in preparing reports using Microsoft Excel and Word. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to reliability and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Handle QuickBooks tasks, including billing, invoicing, and financial data management.
- Prepare accurate and professional reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation and filing systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients, and team members in a professional manner.
- Provide support for special projects and tasks as assigned.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and take initiative to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and billing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to create and format professional reports.

Requirements:
