Job Description

Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

A leading supplier in the welding industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to support various office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and wants to grow with a respected company. As part of the Nextaff team, you’ll be placed in a critical position that keeps day-to-day office tasks running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing material certifications and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Support customers with tracking information, order updates, and general inquiries.
  • File and follow up on freight damage claims to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Assist with accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Perform general office administrative duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and internal communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and ensure a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in an office or administrative role.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with freight or logistics is a plus.
  • High school mandatory and College educated is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
