Responsible for coordinating, directing, and executing the plan of imports of Cores and for Mexico and exports of DUFF for US, through the leadership and teamwork of the collaborators in charge to achieve objectives. |
JOB DUTIES - ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: |
Ensure the correct execution, analysis, and compliance of the established KPI's such as Productivity, Loading/Unloading Times, Battery Stoppages and Daily Goal Fulfillment for the areas of Cores & DUFF and permanent monitoring in Power BI. As well as maintaining constant communication with their work team to meet the first-hand needs of the staff, interacting with the different support areas such as Human Resources, Systems, and Administration He is the primary customer point of contact for floor inventory management and transaction management in SAP for quarantine control, ensuring daily inventory counts and reviews are made. Any discrepancies must be corrected on the same day. Inventory analysis, experience having used SAP or Conduct closing meetings with the team and document evidence to follow up on the client's plans for goal fulfillment in a timely manner. Likewise, on a weekly basis, prepare the analysis of the results of the indicators to be reviewed together with the department's management and work with action plans to follow up on the improvements detected. Supervise and train warehouse workers, including planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing grievances, and resolving problems. Equipment control: It is ensured that the forklift operators fill out the daily check list that they have on the Tablet to review the operating conditions of the Forklift. It is ensured that the Conveyor is working properly, and its maintenance is carried out on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. It is ensured that the Tract used as a Mule for the movement of boxes in the yard is working properly and the Maintenance of this is carried out on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Develop and analyze the behavior of KPIs such as Productivity, Loading/Unloading Times, Overtime. |

Knowledge of the CTPAT/OSHA program. Ability to coordinate and direct volume operation of 60 daily loads and discharges. Experience in yard supervision. |
