What You'll Receive:

• 20/hr. + $35 per appointment set
• $41,600/year base with 0 appointments per week
• $48,880/year with 4 appointments per week (at goal)
• $59,800/year with 10 appointments per week
• Unlimited earning potential!
• Monday through Friday
• Paid every Friday
• Commissions paid out monthly
• Comprehensive Benefits, PTO, Health, and Dental (after the eligibility period)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working with Franchise Owners while managing sales campaigns to include mailers, emails and calls
• Scheduling initial prospect appointments from a set list of leads
• Utilizing technology to document and track your progress and complete scheduling with appropriate contact
• Other general marketing duties as directed

What You'll Need To Have:

• Ability to make calls with ease
• Great speaking and written communication skills
• Ability to engage prospects, build rapport and overcome objections
• Goal Driven
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Must be comfortable working with computers and technology as a vital part of your everyday work process.
