Description:    We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team!  We are a skilled nursing facility with short-term & long-term care consisting of 102 beds providing great opportunities for growth.  The facility has large gym with windows and a full team in place with all disciplines.  We promote independence and encouragement through a robust support network. We utilize electronic documentation via Net Health. Rate:                            Negotiable

Hours per week:          Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, 8:00AM to 4:30PM (no weekend rotation & no travel required)

Qualifications:

●    Graduate of an accredited Associate degree for physical therapy assistant

●    Current state licensure

●    Valid Driver’s license

●    Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

●    Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

●    Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames

●    Collaborate and works well in team environment

●    Address the whole patient as an individual. Design a program to restore, reinforce, and enhance our patients’ physical abilities

●    Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals

●    Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
