Duties and Responsibilities:
--Assist customers as required
--Review and prepare loans and documentation following company policies, procedures and guidelines.
--Analyze title reports to determine issues and any present or potential risk.
--Order reports and certifications
--Perform dual control by checking bank's servicing system new loan maintenance reports to confirm data
--Update loan system software when needed to support loan products and compliance issues --Processes payments, loan funding, construction draws and wires
--Prepares loan documentation and credit files
--Ensures all title issues are reconciled and the loan is recorded accurately
--Update system to note funding activities, interest rates, insurance, official documentation and titles
--Assist in loan closings
Pay is BOE
