The Food Service Leader is responsible for the supervision and management of the food service operation for the Home of Grace. The Food Service Leader is the primary chef for the Home of Grace Men s and Women s Campuses (approximately 150 people). This person also supervises resident participation in food preparation, food distribution to the resident population, and clean-up efforts. This includes ensuring appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served, planning menus, ordering of food and supplies. The Food Service Leader is responsible for insuring that the food service facilities meet all regulations for food service operations.
It is also required for this position to be able to accurately predict quantity of food needed for varied numbers of participants.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school graduate
Food Service License required.
Experience: 3+ year s prior commercial food preparation experience
Reports To: Facility Manager
