Clinical Certified Medical Assistant Position Details:

  • Administering vaccinations, medications and treatments.
  • Assist physicians with procedures as needed.
  • Drawing labs as ordered by the doctor.
  • Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Report to a office or nurse manager.
  • Conducts an individualized patient assessment, prioritizing the data collection based on the patients immediate condition or needs.
  • Delivers care with appropriate age and cultural competence to specific patient populations according to individualized needs.
  • Provides individualized education customized to the patient and their family if needed.
  • Maintains confidentiality in matters related to the patient, family and facility staff.
