Business Development Manager - Logistics (Ready Mix Concrete)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to represent XXX in a positive and professional manner, driving the expansion and growth of our business in Houston and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Ready Mix Concrete industry, demonstrating a strong track record of sales success. They should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Service existing accounts and establish new ones by scheduling calls or visits with potential customers.
Sell products and meet customers' needs, resolving complaints by investigating problems, offering solutions, and making recommendations.
Participate in sales meetings and keep management informed by submitting reports as required.
Perform duties as assigned by management.
Salary: $65,000 + Commissions annually(+20K) , negotiable depending on experience.
Reports directly to GM

Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel to Mexico may be required.
Language Skills:
Bilingual in English and Spanish. Spanish is a plus
Background check and drug testing required. Driver's license is mandatory.
Bachelor Degreee
Experience en Concrete Ready Mix 5 years of experience
Based in San Antonio or Houston
